Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Alfa Venture Danışmanlık A.Ş. (the "Company"), Merkezefendi Mah. Mevlana Cad. Tercüman Sitesi A10 Blok No: 116 İç Kapı No: 2, Zeytinburnu / İstanbul, Türkiye.
Data we process
This website does not use a contact form, cookies or analytics tools. We process personal data only when you contact us:
- Identity and contact details: name, title, email address and phone number, where you include them in your email.
- Request content: the information you send in your email and attachments.
- Security logs: IP address, date and time and browser details recorded automatically by our hosting provider's servers when you visit the site.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process this data to review and answer your request, to establish a possible advisory or investment relationship, to keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
The legal grounds are KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) establishing or performing a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation and (f) the Company's legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Access logs are kept under Law No. 5651.
Transfers
Personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with our hosting and email service providers, our legal advisers, and competent public authorities when required, in line with KVKK Art. 8 and 9.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to outcomes of automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
